Request for Proposal - Housing Assistance for Low-Income People Living with HIV

Chicago Department of Public Health has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Qualified organizations to provide TENANT-based Housing Assistance for low-income people living with HIV and low-income families in which at least one member is living with HIV.

Aligned with Health Chicago 2.0, this program supports: reducing the burden of HIV disease and to work with partner organizations throughout the city and surrounding counties to focus resources in communities and with populations with greatest need. All suppliers are required to register under the iSupplier portal at prior to reviewing and submitting a proposal.  Upon registering, you may review and respond to the RFP application here: Proposals are due Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 1:00pm CST.
