Request for Proposals - Facility-based Housing for Targeted Areas (HIV)

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Housing for Persons Living with HIV: Facility-based Housing for Targeted Service Areas.  The program will provide Facility-based Housing and Supportive Services for Persons Living with HIV in the neighborhoods of West Pullman, Pilsen and/or Little Village in the city of Chicago. Aligned with the Healthy Chicago 2.0, this program supports: Reducing the burden of HIV disease through the provision of Facility-based Housing for Persons Living with HIV.
