Request for Proposals - Substance Use Linkage to Care

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Substance Use Linkage to Care.  To identify and engage qualified organizations to provide evidence-based substance use services (harm reduction, early intervention, and treatment) and collaborate with CDPH on citywide initiatives related to substance use prevention and treatment. Aligned with Healthy Chicago 2.0, this program supports: Serving underserved racial/ethnic populations through the fulfillment of Healthy Chicago 2.0 strategies and the Health in all Policies Task Force Report. Healthy Chicago 2.0 strategies and the Health equity to create a city with strong communities and populations of greatest need, through increasing access to evidence-based interventions.
