Request for Proposals - Substance Use Prevention

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Substance Use Prevention.  To identify and engage qualified organizations to provide evidence-informed substance use prevention and to collaborate with CDPH on citywide initiatives. Aligned with Healthy Chicago 2.0, this program supports: Serving underserved racial/ethnic populations through the fulfillment of Healthy Chicago 2.0 strategies and the Health in all Policies Task Force Report.  This request for proposal is designed to promote equity to create a city with strong communities and equitable access to resources, opportunities, and environments that maximize health and wellbeing.
