Request for Proposal - SEED Grant
The Chicago Department of Public Health is seeks to subcontract with a Seed Grant coordinating organization (CO). The CO will manage awards of Healthy Chicago Seed Grants (“Seed Grants”) and provide technical assistance to enhance the internal capacity of nonprofit agencies (the “Seed Grantees”). An award amount of up to $285,000 per year will be available through this RFP for the period estimated to begin April 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
All suppliers must register under the iSupplier portal at https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dps/isupplier/current-bids.html prior to submitting an RFP. Upon registering, you may review and respond to the RFP application via the City’s eProcurement center at https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dps/isupplier/current-bids.html.
