Emotions create thoughts, and thoughts create emotions. Gain clarity and deeper awareness of your inner world through this breath and movement workshop with artist and holistic wellness coach, Kiam Marcelo Junio.

Combining techniques from yoga, butoh dance, and their personal mindfulness practices, Kiam will lead attendees through an embodied journey through time, space, and emotional landscapes to grow the body’s capacity for abundance, resilience, and joy.

Come to the co-creative space prepared to move your body. Arrive ready to share in the act of holding space for one another’s expression, exploration, and expansion. Any and all parts of this workshop can be done seated or standing, still or in gentle motion. Feel free to change your shape, position, location and orientation at any time.
