COVID-19 Guidance

The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is closely coordinating with the Mayor’s Office and the Chicago Department of Public Health to assess how City Hall-based staff can continue to provide vital customer services while helping to reduce the impact of COVID-19 in Chicago.

At the moment, the vast majority of DPD staff members is working from remote locations. Moving forward, email will be the best way to reach DPD staff and conduct essential business. See below for a list of contacts and subjects.
