COVID-19 Guidance

UPDATED March 19, 2020

The Department of Housing (DOH) is closely coordinating with the Mayor’s Office and the Chicago Department of Public Health to assess how City Hall-based staff can continue to provide vital customer services while helping to reduce the impact of COVID-19 in Chicago.

At the moment, the vast majority of DOH staff members will continue their work from remote locations. Moving forward, email will be the best way to reach DOH staff and conduct essential business. See below for a list of contacts and subjects.
