Step 1: Complete 8-hour home buyer education course 

List of approved Housing Counseling Agencies

Select an agency and register at their website to complete an 8-hour pre-purchase education classes.
A Pre-purchase certificate required for each 1st time home buyer applicant.

Step 3: Reach out directly to lender for more information

*Note: once approved, Lenders may require additional time to implement appropriate policies and procedures to accept applications from qualified borrowers.
