Chicago Public Library:

Chicago Public Libraries will be OPEN tomorrow.  Branches are staggered with hours from 1000-1800hrs or 1200-2000hrs and the Regional and Harold Washington Library will be open 0900-2100hrs. Link:

Chicago Park District:

The Chicago Park District announced that 142 park locations are now available as warming centers. All Chicago Park District warming centers will be open under normal park location operating hours, unless otherwise posted. Operating hours for each park location can be obtained by calling the individual park or visiting the Chicago Park District website – www.chicagoparkdistrict.com.
