Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities Community Resource and Assistance Guide
MOPD’s Information and Referral Unit provides assistance with identifying and accessing community resources that may help increase the independence of people with disabilities. These resources may include in-home assistance, transportation, amplified telephones, assistance completing forms and applications, information on community programs and other services specific to an individuals need.
