Practical Assistance is assistance provided to help an individual obtain a service or benefit by assisting with every day skills which he/she may lack. Assistance may include completing forms such as the Benefit Access Program, completing and filing applications such as the RTA Reduced Fare or People with Disabilities Ride Free programs and translating or relaying information to help obtain a service.
