Portraits of Vaccinated Teens Featured in Art Exhibit at Garfield Park Conservatory

Portraits of vaccinated Chicago youth are now on display at the Garfield Park Conservatory through March 2022. The portraits are from the Face Forward Project, the City’s COVID-19 vaccination campaign that celebrates Chicago teens who received the vaccine.

The exhibit features unique personalized portraits of ten vaccinated teens. Each had their photo taken by renowned Chicago photographer Sandro Miller. Their portraits were turned into one-of-a-kind works of art depicting their vision for the future using AI technology. Each portrait embodies the optimism and ambition of Chicago teens who’ve protected themselves and those around them by getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

Teens who missed the opportunity to have their portrait taken can use a new Snapchat filter to share their vision for their future now that they’ve protected themselves by getting vaccinated. Check out the Snapchat lens and be part of the Face Forward Project yourself.
