Request for Proposal (RFP): Provide Outpatient COVID-19 Therapeutics Administration to COVID-19 positive patients of Long-Term Facilities (LTCF) in the City of Chicago

Chicago Department of Public Health has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: qualified organizations to provide Outpatient COVID-19 Therapeutics Administration to COVID-19 positive residents of Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCF) in the City of Chicago. The provider will also be responsible for contacting the medical directors and facility leadership for education regarding COVID-19 therapeutics and to review the list of COVID positive residents who are qualified to receive treatment and assess potential drug interactions to select the best therapeutic agent.
This program supports an effort to reduce the burden of severe COVID-19 outcomes in LTCF residents. All suppliers must register under the iSupplier portal at https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dps/isupplier/current-bids.html prior to submitting an RFP.
