For a Variance from the City of Chicago Rules for Control of Emissions from Handling and Storing Bulk Materials

Pursuant to Section 10.0(5) of the City of Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) Rules for Control of Emissions from Handling and Storing Bulk Materials, notice is hereby given this 10^th day of April 2020 that CDPH solicits written comments with respect to a variance application submitted to CDPH on behalf of Calumet River Terminal concerning the property at 10740 S. Burley Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.  A copy of the variance application is available on the City’s website at www.cityofchicago.org/environmentalrules. 

To be considered, written comments must be received by CDPH on or before May 11^th, 2020.  The mailing address to send written comments with respect to the variance application is the following:
