On May 7, 2020, the Board posted for public comment proposed amendments to its Rules of Procedure. The Board received several comments by the June 8 deadline, and is posting a revised draft (revisions appear in bold red on pp. 4, 14, 15, and 17), which the Board plans to consider at its August 20 public meeting.
