Honoring Illinois' Fallen
United States and Illinois flags at half-staff immediately until Sunset, Tuesday, April 2, 2013.

The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from
Governor Quinn’s Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor and remembrance of:

Trooper James Sauter, Illinois State Police, Sauter became a trooper in 2008. His funeral will be Tuesday morning.

Please immediately lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency’s personnel until: Sunset, Tuesday April 2, 2013
