Ongoing Programs

Water Engineering Program

 

The Water Engineering Program performs topographical surveys, structural inspections, survey leaks and fire flow testing. The allocated budget for 2022-2026 just over $170 million.

Jardine and Sawyer Water Purification Plants

 

The 2022-2026 at the two plants total nearly $470 million. Improvements include replacing outdated boiler systems, turbidity meters and actuators, and various structural improvements for plant integrity. 

Water Distribution Program

 

Water mains across over 4,400 miles of the City's water system will be replaced. The 2022-2026 program includes the start of the Lead Service Line Replacement Program, with a total allocation of approximately $760 million.
