The Co-governance Steering Committee hosted a series of community-centered conversations in partnership with the Office of Equity and Racial Justice (OERJ) and Chicago United for Equity (CUE). During these sessions, we facilitated dialogue with community members to co-create a shared definition of co-governance that centers equitable partnerships and inclusive decision-making between government and community.
