Vendor Registration is required in order to engage the City’s eProcurement system. Registering will give your business access to the City’s new iSupplier Vendor Portal and allow you to conduct purchasing transactions electronically.

To avoid delay in processing your application, please upload your company’s completed IRS W9 at time of registration. To begin registration please click Register below.

It is extremely important that all contact information for your business is current, otherwise you may not receive bid opportunities and other information transmitted through the iSupplier Portal. Email contacts, phone number and your address must be current at all times.


Being a registered vendor in the City’s iSupplier Portal does not guarantee the receipt of electronic notification for all solicitations.Vendors must routinely check our current list of bid opportunities. (where? www.cityofchicago.org/bids)The Department of Procurement Services – City of Chicago shall not be responsible if a vendor does not receive an electronic notification for any particular reason.
