Madison Street Corridor Study
The Madison Street Corridor Study seeks to create a community-oriented plan for land use, density and development along Madison Street on the West Side.
Led by the Department of Planning and Development (DPD), the vision established in the study will guide the next generation of public and private investments on the corridor. The study area for the project is roughly three miles, from Hoyne Avenue to Kenton Avenue, intersecting with the Near West Side, East Garfield Park and West Garfield Park community areas.
