95th Street Streetscape - Wood Street to Ashland Avenue
Overview
CDOT streetscape improvement projects consist of infrastructure, pedestrian safety, and placemaking improvements with the goal of creating unified, safe, walkable, and attractive commercial destinations. Streetscape projects foster community and economic growth by prioritizing investments in pedestrian activity, multi-modal transportation, vibrant public spaces, and quality-of-life amenities for local residents.
95th St is a commercial corridor located in the Beverly neighborhood. This is the fourth phase of the 95th Street streetscape project and builds upon the success of the first three phases that started at Western Avenue and extended to Wood Street.
