Partner With Us

This website is a collective effort created to serve and share important information to immigrant communities in Chicago. We recognize that many trusted organizations and local leaders are already doing important work. If your organization, clinic, mutual aid network, or community center serves immigrants, you can submit your information here for the City to consider including on the site. We want your help to make this site as accurate, up-to-date, and useful as possible.

Organizations can share:

  • Community events - fairs, clinics, workshops, celebrations
  • Public services or ongoing programs - legal help, ESL classes, housing support
  • Flyers, PDFs, translated materials, or infographics
  • Volunteer or training opportunities
  • Immigrant stories or testimonials
  • Referrals to new or lesser-known organizations

Submissions are reviewed periodically and may be featured in:

  • The Directory of Services
  • The News and Community Spotlight

Fill out the simple Partner Contribution Form, which asks for:

  • Organization name and contact information
  • Type of service or event
  • Language(s) offered
  • Location or virtual access details
  • Upload space for flyers, photos, or videos (optional)

We encourage submissions in multiple languages—our team can help with translation if your file is in word or google document format. We can not translate your flyers or images or pdf files.

All submissions are reviewed for:

  • Accuracy and completeness
  • Cultural and language accessibility
  • Alignment with the City’s welcoming values
  • Relevance to assisting immigrants, refugees, or asylum seekers
  • Whether the submission adds new information or is duplicative of existing information

Submissions are reviewed and vetted under these criteria periodically by a team that includes IMRR, our legal and communications teams, and representatives from the Advisory Council. The City retains sole discretion and authority over whether to include a submission on this website. Neither this website nor this submission process are intended to create a public forum.

Periodically, we will host a community roundtable with our partners and contributors to:

  • Share updates on our impact
  • Gather feedback on new features or content gaps
  • Highlight model and exemplary file submissions
  • Foster collaboration between grassroots organizations, service providers, and city offices
