The following DPD-issued Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) are currently active. A .pdf for each RFP/Q can be downloaded upon completion of a brief registration form that enables department staff to provide updates to potential respondents about each request and other relevant information.

The 1769 W. Pershing Road RFP is seeking mixed-use development proposals for a City-owned, 3.5-acre site containing a 571,476-square-foot building, with an option to include an adjacent 3.2-acre site containing a 54,600-square-foot building.
