Institutional Transformation

Institutional transformation focuses on organizational change efforts or changing how the City operates to promote racial equity in its policies, practices, and programs at a systems level.

What does this look like? OERJ facilitates a process, which involves capacity building, reporting, building commitments, and more, that guides city departments in driving organizational change efforts.

Racial Equity Action Plans

Throughout the year, city departments participate in the Racial Equity Liaison Network to receive support, coaching, and professional development from OERJ.
