In response to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Chicago has joined the State of Illinois in issuing a Stay at Home order effective Saturday, March 21st at 5pm CT. In addition, City of Chicago facilities are closed to the public. Staff are prioritizing essential services to protect the health and safety of our residents and employees. As such, we may be delayed in responding to non-essential inquiries and service requests. The next regular meeting of the Police Board is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2020, at 7:30pm. To protect the public’s health in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and as permitted by Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020 – 07, the meeting will take place entirely via audio conference. There will not be an in-person meeting. The public will have access to the meeting via audio conference.
