REGULAR MEETING
January 21, 2021
The next regular meeting of the Police Board is scheduled for Thursday, January 21, 2021, at 7:30pm. To protect the public’s health in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and as permitted by Governor Pritzker’s Executive Orders 2020 – 07 and 2021-01, the meeting will take place remotely. There will not be an in-person meeting. The public will have access to the meeting via audio conference. To attend the meeting via audio conference, dial 312-626-6799 and enter the meeting ID 868 1760 1883 (only the meeting ID is needed; if prompted for a participant ID, press #).
In addition, the meeting will be carried live by CAN-TV (it will be cablecast on Chicago cable channel 27 and will also be streamed at cantv.org/live).

- Approval of the minutes of the previous public meeting
- Schedule of regular public meetings for 2021
- Next regular public meeting of the Police Board: Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 7:30 p.m.
- Disciplinary actions
- Designation of Police Board hearing officers
- Proposed amendments to the Police Board Rules of Procedure
- Proposed amendments to Article VIII of the Chicago Police Department Rules and Regulations
- Orders issued by the Superintendent of Police during the previous month
- Report of the Superintendent of Police
- Report of the Chief Administrator of the Civilian Office of Police Accountability
- Questions and comments from the public (Prior sign-up is required of those wishing to address the Board. To add your name to the list of speakers, please contact the Board's office at 312.742.4194 or Jazmyne.Rollins@cityofchicago.org up to 15 minutes before the conference call begins.)
Prior to the public portion of the meeting, the Board will meet in closed session as authorized by Sections 2(c)(1), (3), (4), and (11) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. The agenda for the closed session is as follows:
- Disciplinary matters before the Board
- Personnel matters
- Litigation matters
