PD 655 – 3950 N. Damen Ave. / 3959 N. Lincoln Ave.
(North Center, 47th Ward)

3950 N. Damen/3959 N. Lincoln, collectively PD 665, is a proposal for an approximately 300-unit, 100-parking space transit-oriented development (TOD) located at the six corners intersection of Lincoln, Damen and Irving Park in North Center. The project includes two proposed buildings on the southeast and southwest corners of the intersection. The proposal at 3959 N. Lincoln includes the adaptive reuse of an existing historic bank building, and the proposal at 3950 N. Damen includes a large new-construction mixed-use building. The proposed project is located within a growing TOD district. All three streets — Lincoln, Damen, and Irving Park — are Pedestrian Streets, which have specific requirements and standards as described in the zoning code.

12 W. Maple St.
(Near North Side, 2nd Ward)

12 W. Maple is a proposed 34-story, 449’- tall residential condominium building in the Gold Coast located on the north side of W. Maple Street and less than a block west of N. Rush Street, a designated pedestrian street. The building will contain approximately 54 units and will utilize Transit Served Location (TSL) to allow for use of a motor court and car lift for 81 parking spaces. Amenity spaces will be located at the 7th and 18th floors.

Roseland Community Medical District Plan
(Roseland, 9th and 34th Wards)

The Department of Planning and Development, with support from Ald. Anthony Beale (9), Ald. Carrie Austin (34th) and the Roseland Community Medical District Commission, procured a consultant to create a plan for the Roseland Community Medical District in the Roseland neighborhood. 

The planning process included a public engagement effort to understand area needs, develop a shared vision, establish project goals and objectives and cultivate support and consensus for the recommended improvements and vision within the Medical District. The study area is bounded by Eggleston Avenue to the west, 110th Street to the north, Edbrooke Avenue to the east, and 112th Street to the south.
