Board Finds Three Lobbyists In Violation of the Ordinance, Assesses Fine
In lobbyist enforcement actions stemming from Third Quarter Lobbyist Activity Reports that, by law, needed to be filed with the Board before the close of business on October 20, 2017, the Board of Ethics has made the following determinations, pursuant to §§2-156-270, -465(b)(3), and -505 of the Municipal Code of Chicago:
(i) These registered lobbyists filed their Reports late, and thus are determined to have violated the Ordinance, but filed before the Board could, by law, assess fines:

John S. Kamis
(ii) The following registered lobbyist has still not filed the 2017 Third Quarter Activity Report, despite written notifications from the Board. Accordingly, this lobbyist is, as of November 28, 2017, hereby fined $1,000 per day until the Report is filed, and has been duly notified of this fine:
