Board Finds Lobbyists in Violation for Failing to File Second Quarter Activity Reports as Required, and Assesses Fines

The Board has, pursuant to §§2-156-270 and –505 of the Governmental Ethics Ordinance, determined that 7 registered lobbyists violated the Governmental Ethics Ordinance for failing to timely file their Second Quarter Activity Report. They are subject to a $250 per day ongoing fine until they complete their report.
