The Board has, pursuant to §§2-156-270 and –505 of the Governmental Ethics Ordinance, determined that 5 registered lobbyists violated the Governmental Ethics Ordinance for failing to timely file their Second Quarter Activity Report. Their lobbyist registration is currently suspended, and they are subject to a $250 per day ongoing fine until they complete their report.
