Request for Proposals (RFP) # 9404 

 

RFP Opened on April 18, 2023 09:00 am Central Time 
RFP Closes on May 18, 2023 12:00 pm Central Time 

Purpose:    

The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) is looking for organizations to work with and to serve people living with disabilities who need Personal Assistance (PA) services.  This RFP is an opportunity for organizations to apply, and work with MOPD in serving our city’s disability community.   

The PA program empowers individuals with disabilities to live independently in our communities by providing personal care services.  RFP Due Date and Submission Location is on May 18, 2023, 12:00pm Central Time. Proposals must be submitted via on-line application.  E-mailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted. 

Contract Period: 

This RFP is for services for the following time period:  June 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.  Total funding of $100,000 is for a 12-month contract.  A pro-rated budget for 7 months for the 2023 calendar year is required, (6/1/2023 to 12/31/2023).

A note about the City’s eProcurement System
