The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) announced that, beginning Monday evening, there will be daily weekday closures of the north lane and north sidewalk on Madison Street between Wacker Drive and the West Bridge House, between 7pm – 5am from April 25 thru July 1, 2016 to stabilize and reinforce the bridgehouse structure.

The work will also require three partial roadway closures on Madison Street between Wacker and Canal with one westbound traffic lane remaining open, and north sidewalk closed from 7:00 pm on Friday (05/13) thru Monday (05/16) 5am, 7pm on Friday (05/20) thru Monday (05/23) 5am, 7pm on Friday (06/03) thru Monday (06/06) 5am.

There will be no work done during NFL draft weekend, April 28 – 30, and traffic lanes will be open.
