The revenue resources featured below represent ideas shared with COFA by Alderpeople and outside organizations or opportunities identified through COFA’s research. While most of these analyses represent additional or enhanced revenue streams for the City of Chicago, certain proposals focus on savings for the City. These savings proposals are included within our revenue resources because the proposal submissions were shared with COFA in response to a request for revenue ideas from the City Council.

COFA will continue to add to this resource page as the team prepares additional revenue analyses to support City Council’s decision-making going into budget season.
