At its meeting on January 13, 2020, the Board issued a Memorandum to the full City Council and their Chiefs of Staff addressing improper mingling of City/constituent services content with electioneering/political content in a Ward newsletter (in one of two cases referred to us by the Office of Inspector General), and on a website that functions as an official City site (in the other).
