Accessibility Compliance - Site Inspections

MOPD’s Accessibility Compliance Unit performs site inspections for accessibility compliance on a limited basis. Preference for inspections is reserved for affordable multifamily housing projects in the city of Chicago. MOPD also reserves the right to inspect new and existing market-rate multifamily housing construction using random spot checks.
