330 N. Green Street is a proposed amendment to Planned Development 1403 with a net site area of 63,010 square feet. The amendment includes a revised design, increased height and new site plan configuration from the previously approved proposal. The proposal includes a multistory (503’) office building containing 683,001 sq. ft. of office space, 207 accessory vehicular parking spaces, 13,650 sq. ft. of retail space, and 2,500 sq. feet of open space. |
