111th Street and Bishop Ford Expressway
Pullman Park Phase II is a 67,000 retail complex by Pullman Park LLC on the site of a former Ryerson Steel plant in Pullman. The $45.8 million project, completed in 2014, represents the second phase of the Pullman Park mixed-use development. Tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Planet Fitness and smaller retailers. Three hundred permanent jobs and 300 temporary construction jobs are being created by the new complex.
