Designation: 2002    Expiration: 2026

Largely vacant and possessing random public and institutional amenities, the 67th/Cicero TIF district was created to primarily assist with affordable residential development. Located in West Lawn, the 18-acre district also includes goals for development of off-street parking, new open spaces, and plans that improve safety for pedestrians.
