The Chicago Air and Water Show presented by the City of Chicago is the largest FREE show of its kind in the United States. The show can be viewed along the lakefront from Fullerton to Oak Street, with North Avenue Beach as the focal point.

Voice of the Show
Herb Hunter (pictured) has been the voice of the Air & Water Show for over 20 years.

Pole Markers
If you're calling 9-1-1 from the lakefront or Grant Park, look up and find the green and white pole markers to reference your location to family, friends, and first responders.

History
In 1959 the first show was held under the direction of Al Benedict.
