NOMA is a mixed-use project located within 2 separate sites in the West Town Community Area. The northernmost site will include the rehabilitation of an orange-rated historical building located at 509 N. Union Ave. into a boutique hotel with 141 hotel keys. The remainder of the northern site will consist of 1,110 dwelling units, 145 parking spaces, commercial and retail uses with accessory and incidental uses. The southern site will include a phased project, 3 subareas, multiple buildings, and permit 1,159 dwelling units, 175 parking spaces, commercial and retail uses with accessory and incidental uses.

(Near West Side, 42nd Ward)
655 W. Madison is a commercial/office development proposed in the Near West Side, located between the Loop and West Loop. The proposal consists of 1.5 million square feet between a 39-story building along West Madison Street and a 29-story building along West Monroe Street. The project seeks to accommodate various company needs by providing multiple floor plate sizes with dedicated fresh air intake systems. Amenities will include a one-acre elevated park, ground floor retail, a covered porte-cochere, a conference center and a wellness center along with other workplace amenities throughout.  Draft Presentation
