2022 Energy Transformation Code

The 2022 Energy Transformation Code ordinance was not placed on the city council committee agenda for July 19 in order to afford more time for discussions with stakeholders.
The Department of Buildings expects that the ordinance will be taken up at the next city council meeting in September. The proposed effective date will be adjusted accordingly.
