Average Time for Building Permit Issuance

Real time metrics for plan-based building permits issued in the past two weeks (excluding Developer Services). The Department of Buildings issues many building permits on the same day through the Express Permit Program.

Due to a software upgrade in mid-June, average time to permit statistics are not calculating correctly. This issue is being investigated. It is expected to be resolved by the end of July.
