The Department of Buildings is pleased to announce that our pilot program to evaluate mechanical-only ventilation for residential occupancies in high-rise buildings has been extended through December 31, 2025.

Requests to participate in the pilot program will be processed as Alterative Code Approval Requests (ACARs). A specialized pilot program application form is available on the ACAR page.
