Effective August 1, 2014, all applications for exams and licenses are now submitted through the Department's trade license partner, Continental Testing Services. From this point forward, please direct any inquiries from your members to their website www.continentaltesting.net for exams, first time licenses, license renewals and plumbing contractor bond continuation certificates. Continental Testing Services can be also reached at (800) 359-1313 or tradelicense@continentaltesting.net.License renewals for Mason Contractor, Supervising Electrician, Journeyman Plumber, Plumbing Contractor, Plumber's Apprentice will continue to be performed online at the Department of Buildings' website.
