OVERVIEW: The Chicago Police Department, in partnership with the Departments of Buildings and Law, along with Community Investment Corporation (CIC) will be hosting a series resource of workshops for the owners and managers of residential properties of varying sizes.

GOAL: To assist the managers and property owners in order to increase their personal level of safety and learn how to work with the police and other partners to improve the level of safety surrounding their properties.

TOPICS: Topics include but are not limited to: Screening Prospective Tenants, Tips to Reduce Crime at Your Property, Understanding the Building Code, Best Practices of Property Management, and Personal Safety.

COST: All sessions are free to attend and open to the public
