The Department of Finance has multiple locations that accept in-person payments. Personnel can also answer questions regarding City bills.

Payments for booted, towed vehicles and parking/red-light tickets may also be remitted 24 hours a day 7 days a week at the auto-pounds located at each airport. However, if your vehicle has been towed due to unpaid parking/red-light tickets, please locate your vehicle, and proceed to the auto-pound where your vehicle is located.
