The DFSS North Area Community Service Center is Moving
New Location As Of December 17, 2013
Will Be 845 W. Wilson Ave.
(Between Clarendon and Hazel)
Hours of Operation: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
On December 16, 2013, the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services’ (DFSS) North Area Community Service Center will move from 4740 N. Sheridan Road to 845 W. Wilson Ave.
All of the City of Chicago services previously provided at the Sheridan Road facility will be delivered at 845 W. Wilson Ave. beginning on December 17th, including:
- Weekday Warming/Cooling Center
- Veterans Resource Office
The Sheridan Road facility will remain open for services on December 16th.
