Announcement: Release of Community Development Grant Application (CDGA)
The City of Chicago is conducting the Community Development Grant Application (CDGA) Request For Proposals (RFP) Process. DFSS invites you to review the program models available through this process and consider submitting a proposal. These programs are primarily funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and includes 20+ DFSS program models (a complete list is available below). The application period will be from 4/1/2025 through 6/2/2025. The contract period will begin 1/1/2026.
TA workshops:

To apply: All proposals must be submitted through the city’s iSupplier/eProcurement portal by Noon on 6/2/25.
