Accessibility Toolkit

This toolkit was developed in conjunction with the City of Chicago's Access Officer Program. Access Officers help City departments and agencies make their work accessible to everyone. The Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities trains Access Officers and supports them in accommodations, communications and any questions they might have or get about accessibility.

These guides were designed to support MOPD’s vision of making Chicago the most accessible and inclusive city in the world. Please feel free to use them to make your own work more accessible. With further questions, please email access@cityofchicago.org.
